The official working days at Secret of Your Beauty are Sunday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and official holidays are considered holidays for all store employees and shipping companies.

We strive to provide a convenient and distinguished shopping experience, so we have streamlined the shipping and delivery process to make it smoother for you. Secret of Your Beauty relies on individual delivery companies and partners during peak times to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and efficiently.

Delivery Times:

• Jeddah: Orders are delivered within one to two business days.
• Other areas: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the geographic area.

For urgent requests, please contact customer service, and we will do our best to meet your needs as quickly as possible.

Receiving procedures:

• The order will be delivered by the shipping company after contacting the number sent in the order.
• If no one is available to receive your order, please contact customer service to schedule a new delivery date. Please note that additional delivery fees will apply if you fail to arrive at the scheduled delivery time twice.

Shipping fees:

• Within Saudi Arabia: 25 Saudi Riyals per order.
• Cash on delivery fee: SAR 15. You can choose another payment method to avoid this fee.

It takes one to two days for the order to be processed before it is delivered to the shipping company.

Delivery schedule within Jeddah: We offer same-day delivery (except Fridays and public holidays), taking into account emergency situations and shipping company conditions.

• Your Beauty Secret guarantees the protection of your orders from theft and damage from the time they leave our store until they are delivered. The store assumes no responsibility for products after the receipt is signed.
• Shipping is available to areas inside and outside the Kingdom via companies such as SMSA and others.
• Please review the return policy if you wish to cancel or exchange an order. Please note that if the order has been shipped, it must be received before the return process begins.
